Bio
Now in his mid-fifties, Treva can't remember
a time when he didn't draw or paint. Having fallen under the
spell of the silver screen in his pre-teen years, Treva's initial inspiration
was to draw and paint his favourite stars and he learned the rudiments
of art from studying the expressive and exciting illustration on the posters
that lured him into his local cinemas
A few years later, he discovered the beautiful
watercolour paintings of Alberto Vargas in Playboy and, soon, the film
star portraits were being augmented with long-legged, wasp-waisted, pert-breasted
pin-ups in an attemp to emulate the work of the 'Master' of the genre.
Without the benefit of a formal art education,
Treva has managed to develop his artistic skills to a professional standard
and, over the years, has become adept in a variety of styles and techniques
ranging from highly finished watercolour paintings to pastel drawings and
humourous pen and ink cartoons.
Since meeting his wife in the mid-seventies,
he has also become aware that beauty and sexual allure are not the prerogative
of Vargas-type girls but comes in all shapes, ages and sizes.
Subsequently, his illustrations have been based on his own 'Buxom Belle'
and, since discovering the popularity of big, beautiful, women on the Internet,
hopes his illustrations and cartoons will be appreciated and enjoyed by
fellow BBW admirers.
